My name is Sarah Bridges IFBB Pro and Judge.

I’m at all the UKBFF shows judging and I see a lot of you girls who train but don’t compete.  Please come forward and chat to me. I’m real easy to find.

 Bodybuilding is a great sport, it’s given me a confidence I never through possible, and there are a great bunch of girls. I first competed in 1991, and I’m still in touch with girls that stopped competing years ago.

The male side of bodybuilding is growing but not for us girls, so come on girls, let’s show them that we are not a lost cause!

Bodybuilding has done a lot for me: Film work, videos, magazines and advertising work, so if I can do it, so can you! Plus you’ll get to travel. 

I’ll give you all the help I can: your training, dieting and nutrition.  I was being placed 5 to 6 at the British Championship then CNP helped me. After just 3 months with them, I placed 2^nd then the following year I placed 1^st.

We all need help and I am still under the watchful eye of CNP’s Kerry Kayes and John Hodgson.  If you miss me at the shows, my email address is Sarahbridges@clara.co.uk.

1^st Rule - always find a gym that can do the most for you. I travel 20 miles to a gym every day. It is Ministry of Muscle in Kent, so if you’re in that area that’s the place to be. If you already compete remember, you do all that training and dieting but so many use poor tanning products.  The product used by the top amateurs and pros is Jan Tana. It doesn’t run or come off on your clothes. You spend all that time on getting our hair and make up rights so don’t let your tan let you down.  It’s the same for men: train, diet and many use poor tan so just forget the make up and the rest applies!
